hi thanks a ton for the amazing information and photos.For the last few days i am trying to make coconut noodle mixed with agar powder. Once boiled and cool down i fill the liquid into ISI canister (Fillted with noodle outlet attachment) charged with nitrogen, even then i do not get the desired shape. What comes out is foam and semi solid. Can you please let me know as how to go about it and please tell me the step by step recipe. Thanks a ton....
